We perform strict quality checks before shipping. However, since jewelry is fragile, if you encounter any damage during transit, please contact us immediately to initiate a replacement or refund.

Once approved, our team will guide you on the return process. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories (like earring backings or extra bindi sheets) intact. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
